Mountain West is pleased to announce the addition of two new Loan Specialists to the team.
Rory Holley joins the Denver, CO office and Ashli Lundwall joins the St. George, UT office.
Rory is an accomplished residential lending professional with 25 years of experience in management, business development, and loan origination. Currently the Owner of Holley Real Estate Services, LLC, Rory conducts SBA 504 site inspections and loan closings in Colorado on a contract basis.
Previously, Rory held the role of Senior Mortgage Loan Originator at America First Federal Credit Union, where he successfully managed a pipeline of 30+ loans per month and originated a broad range of home loan products. He is skilled at initiating loan applications, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with all parties involved in the loan process to ensure efficiency and clarity at every stage. His deep knowledge of mortgage products and commitment to client service have earned him a reputation for professionalism and reliability.
Earlier in his career, Rory worked as Mortgage Business Development Assistant Manager at America First Federal Credit Union, where he supervised a team of loan officers, processors, and business development officers. In this role, he helped implement strategies that led to increased loan production along with top Borrower Net Promoter and Realtor Satisfaction scores while managing a variety of department functions, including training, performance reviews, and marketing initiatives.
Outside of his professional life, Rory resides with his wife, Kimberly, in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. He enjoys an active lifestyle, including traveling, skiing, and other outdoor activities. He loves the movies and live stand-up comedy. A true adventure enthusiast, he also enjoys pulling his RV around the country, exploring new destinations, and creating lasting memories.

Welcome back, Ashli Lundwall! Ashli was a part of the Mountain West loan production team from 2008 to 2011, serving as an Assistant Loan Officer in our Orem, Utah office. She has also worked as a Member Service Representative for Mountain America Credit Union.
In addition to her various customer service roles both inside and outside the finance industry, Ashli brings valuable firsthand experience as a small business owner. She operated Oahu Cakes in Kapolei, HI, from 2019 to 2024.
Ashli holds an associate degree from Spokane Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management and Youth Leadership from Brigham Young University. She resides in Southern Utah with her husband and four children. In her free time, she enjoys surfing, soaking up the sun, and spending time at the beach, as well as dirt biking and enjoying the outdoors with her family.
