The typical Mountain West 504 Loan is structured to allow you to put 10% down. We participate with banks and credit unions to make this possible. Here’s how the loans are structured:

Startup Business

Companies who have been in business less than two years are considered startups by the SBA and require a 15% down payment.

-Situation 2-

Special-Purpose Building

Certain types of buildings are considered “special purpose” and require a 15% down payment.

-Situation 3-

Startup Business AND
Special-Purpose Building

When your business is a Startup AND you have a Special-purpose Building, you’ll need to provide a 20% down payment.

REFINANCE LOAN AVAILABLE

with a Mountain West 504 Loan.
