(Salt Lake City, UT) – Mountain West Small Business Finance congratulates Randy and At-Large Salt Lake County Council representative, one of five distinguished members of the Salt Lake community chosen to be honored at the University of Utah Communications Awards Banquet, Wednesday, April 2, 2014.
The event, held at the Little America Hotel Main Ballroom in downtown Salt Lake, honors students who have won awards or scholarships, new members of Kappa Tau Alpha (the national honor society for students in journalism and mass communication), and notable community members.
“Mountain West has a history of encouraging its full-time salaried personnel to donate time and make significant civic contributions. Randy is a great example of this,” said Steve Suite, Mountain West’s Chief Administrative Officer. “We’re proud of his accomplishments and congratulate him and the other recipients on their outstanding achievements.”
